I’m the author of 3 plant-based cookbooks: Pies and Tarts with Hearts, Celebrate Vegan and The Urban Vegan, the name of my original blog (now defunct). I’ve done cooking demos all over the world, from New York to Paris, and was interviewed in the New York Times. I took a sabbatical from culinary blogging a few years ago. But I’m back, doing things my way.
